Recent People Searches – Social Security Numbers Are Secure
Working in Human Resources is not just a job, it is something I really enjoy doing. And it is my job to make sure that the social security numbers we have in our database, belong to the people who they should belong to. Every day I do recent people searches and every day my list is either right or will soon be taken care of. If they aren’t right, then they go to another department. Searching on a daily basis from the applications we get, helps to keep the riff-raff out of the ranks. If it’s your social security number then it needs to stay your number.
