No Bacteria Allowed!
As informed homemakers, cooks and any one who frequents a cooking area, it is with tremendous caution that we embark upon food preparation. In days past, there was not the knowledge available to the everyday individual of how bacteria lurks in and near our counters. Additionally, the focus is also directed to the cutting board. Studies have shown that using this product dictates that some stringent measures be used to insure that careful cleansing with soap and hot water be carried out following the preparation of raw meat and before any other use is made of this cutting surface. It seems that this holds true for any type of surface composition.
