What I Did To Manage a Rice Allergy
When my son first started eating cereal as an infant, I noticed that he was having some digestive problems. I called the doctor, and they asked me to keep track of his foods for several weeks, and to write down any symptoms or problems that came up. I did this, and when I called back, the doctor said that my son probably had a rice allergy. He told me what to do, and I was somewhat relieved that it was going to be manageable. Now my son is doing much better, and we watch his diet very carefully to make sure that he eats only what he should.
