my back

my back is sore and it is worked good from the workout that i did yeaterday and it was a good workout that i want to be sure that i am doign every week. 3 times is the way to be sure that i need to do it to. i have to be sure that i am making it the best that i can and it is the way that you need to be sure to do it. it is a big exercise that you need to be srue that you are doing because that is the workout that you need to be doing. best bodyweight exercises are the good ones that is for sure.
