Exercise for those abs

I think that the best, most intense abs workout that I have ever experienced  was pilates.  I know that alot of folks find these six pack abs exercises very good.  Even mens classes are popping up all over the place.  Pilates gets right to the core of your being by making you concious of that area of your body which essentially does most of  the work physically because of its location, the center of your body.  This phenominal exercise routine helped me go from post baby pear shape body to post baby valuptuous shape in 8 weeks with only 1 class a week.  Do not overlook this one for anything.
