My average speed came out at 176 kbs
I’ve been with this Mobile Broadband Coverage for a few years now and their service has become increasingly worse. I have an alleged 10mb service and am yet to see it run at full speed. The last straw came yesterday. After suffering intolerably slow speeds I ran multiple bandwidth test. my average speed came out at 176 kbs. Also, I have a website with Orange and I was prompted to “upgrade my security settings”, which I did as instructed. I have not been able to access my website via FTP ever since. I have called customer services on several occasions in order to rectify this problem but they didn’t respond properly.
