When my husband and I retired, we moved to Colombia. We had been there on several vacations throughout our marriage and we knew that we wanted to live there some day. When we made our decision our children supported us, even though they were upset that we were leaving. They even went to look at some medellin apartments with us after our announcement. She was really good with us and helped us tremendously with our search.

After coming back from my trip to Paris, I went to see my parents. They cooked a good meal for me to eat and I was extremely hungry too. Finally some home cooked food. Everyone was asking how was I able to afford my trip, and I told them it was a nice inexpensive London vacation, and that I used under one thousand American dollars for round trip and food and hotel. So I found a very, very cheap rate, but the service and treatment I received was far from mediocre. The people treated me good, as if I had spent a lot of money, and they are so friendly and respectful.  I plan to go back.

Boulder, Colorado is simply outstanding! A few months ago I took my family on a vacation to that impressive resort town, and none of us came back disappointed. We stayed in a beautiful resort and had the time of our lives. Thanks to a resort map we randomly decided to buy at the local grocery shop, we were able to enjoy Boulder to the fullest. Resort towns are always the best places to enjoy a quiet family vacation. I am already planning my next vacation with my family, and I already know exactly where I want to go: Santa Monica, here we come!

Our family is so full of pride over my little sister Abby.  She has always been the young lady who would envision a goal, set out to reach it, and keep after it with a one track mind until she arrived at her destination.  She has worked so hard to accomplish her goal of being a teacher, and as soon as she finished college she did it.  She is now teaching in europe.  She sends us long emails every week, complete with great stories and pictures about her adventures there and the people who she is now the teacher to.  She loves it there.

My oldest son is in the military and he will be moving his entire family to another country.  He is really excited because he wants to see the world, but he is worried about how he will transport his dog to their new home.  I told him that he needs to check into shipping pets by air freight.  This would be the best way and we could wait until he is settled and then ship Sadie over to him.  He loves that dog like she is his child and I know that he will figure out a way to get her there.

My gardener’s brother has just inherited a small apartment building in Miami, Florida. His brother has asked him to more to Miami and help him run it.  He is offering him a free place to stay and doesn’t mind if he works during the day doing something else.  The plan is to remodel the apartments as the renters move out. Eventually they will have them all be updated and furnished apartments miami.  This will give them an increase in revenue to either pay themselves a fine salary or reinvest in another property.  Well, it looks like I’ll be needing a new gardener soon.
