My Long Term Plan
I was looking for cheap car rentals for my business trip to Australia. I am self employed, so even though I am able to write off business expenses on my taxes I have to pay for it up front. I know some businessmen go ahead and splurge because of the write-off, but I figured that every penny I save equals more in my pocket when all is said and done. If I handle things right, I will be able to sell my business and retire in twenty years, and then I will be happy but I scrimped and saved along the way.
